The Set Up

• 4 mornings per week from 9am to 9:20am

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

• €7 per session or €20 per week

• Online via Zoom registration link

What You Need To Know Beforehand 

• Best to download Zoom on a laptop or computer
• Be ready in time for the session
• Be in a relaxed environment (space to do some exercises and to lay down or sit comfortably)
• Email or WhatsApp questions afterwards

Raising Your Hand
In the toolbar click the “participants” icon. At the bottom of the list of participants, click the “raise hand” button. – If you do not see raise hand option, in the toolbar open “reactions” icon, click “raise hand.”

Video
To the right of the microphone, is a video camera icon. Click to turn video on or off.

Muting/Unmuting
When you are called on to speak, Sarah will give you instructions on how to unmute yourself.

Chat
Click on the chat icon to send a message to the entire group or a particular attendee.

Speaker and Gallery View
On your screen in the upper right corner is a square where you can toggle between the two views. Speaker view shows the person speaking. Gallery view all attendees will appear in smaller windows.
